Hi Rok,

Designers or even developers will not be able to help you unless you can define the process in each step to them and that is mainly your developer. Designing a cashback site is a complex procedure but there are enough resources available on the networks to help you design one from scratch. Otherwise basic cashback scripts are also availble now that you can configure according to your requirements i.e language, currency and configurating with the networks.

really nice article,

i am from Slovenia in Europe and here we dont have any cashback website yet. We have a small market and around 1000 online stores. I am considering bulding up the first one and I dont have a lot of experience. i dont even know if web desigenrs know how to set up a cash back site, especially that tracking codes, so I would be notified when the purchase is made. Is this a very complex system to set up or is this something any webdesigner could fugire it out?

Hi Abdullah,
IMG provides 100% commission to you. It is up to you to share it with your customers as 50% or 100%. IMG white label solution does not work on monthly revenue share but fixed monthly admin fees.

I am researching into setting up a cash back website, primarily offering cashback on hotels. What share of the cashback is usually kept by the cashback provider i.e. me and what is usually given to the customer?

Hi,
No it is not charged initially from credit card etc. It simply means that IMG reserves the first £5 to manage the account for the whote year. Rest of the cashback in full is paid to the user for the whole year.

Hi,
£5 yearly member fees means that IMG reserves the first £5 earned by the user to manage the account for the whole year. Rest of the monies are paid to the user in full cashback for the whole year. This £5 is not charged until the user reaches min of £5 in cashback. Hope that makes sense.

in the IMG PDF for option B, it mentions £5 yearly admin fee. Is this £5 per consumer i.e. If I have 5m consumers, I/they will need to pay £25m p.a.?
